Zweigle - What is OPTO-CHECK

OPTO-CHECK is the technological basis on which the hairiness standards are built. Any Zweigle hairiness tester can be outfitted with this technology and will guarantee that test results are comparable to the standard.

OPTO-CHECK ensures that the individual electric sensors responsible for counting hairs are set to ex-works values during initial calibration. A regular calibration through OPTO-CHECK is a requirement for the signature OPTO-CHECK logo to appear on test reports, thus guaranteeing comparability to other machines and the database.

Should a G565 or G566 model need calibrating customers can now perform this calibration independently of a Zweigle technician.
