XTZ - exchangeable Tensile Testing Concept by Zweigle
	The testing machine is supplied in three models: F 427/1: 24 bobbin automatic feed, pneumatic clamps and bobbin changer F 427/2: 1 bobbin automatic feed with pneumatic clamps The automatic thread feed operates with pneumatic control, and can perform up to 200 tests per hour. Just like the testing machine it receives its instructions via the PC. The exchangeable Tensile Testing Concept by Zweigle is a comprehensive testing system in which both the software and hardware components are of modular design, capable of being upgraded at any time. The hardware and software flexibility allows the machine to be custom designed. One machine can perform automatic yarn tests, lea tests, and tests on fabrics. F 427/3: See in the section Fabrics. Analysis of test results

Example: Test Report – simple tensile test – fully automatic This example of a Test Report – simple tensile test on yarns – demonstrates how results are presented. The report is identical for all testing programs on yarns and fabrics. Initial tension and speed is preselected on the PC and applied automatically during the test. The results – strength and extension – are displayed on an additional page and/or may be printed out. Up to 999 tests can be performed on a single package.
X 566 Cop Changer
For fully- automatic operation of F 427 and G 566 Up to 24 bobbins of 1 to 100 preselectable tests per bobbin are tested fully automatically. The Test results are stored in a databank. After-sale service: Zweigle operates a worldwide after-sale service program. Many customers have agreed upon service contracts with us to have their Zweigle testing machines checked over once a year. This is very important, especially with respect to the ISO 9000 series of quality standards.
