The following
parameters are
preassigned:
The
Splice- Tester F
435
may be placed on
a trolley for
use directly at
the spinning
frame.
The mechanical
elongation
module with
motor drive is
operated by
push-button
START, STOP (RESET).
The force
reading is shown
continuously by
a display on the
test amplifier.
The
P 220
Printer provides
a hard copy of
the test results
(test number,
breaking force
in cN und
extension at
break in %
together with
the statistical
analysis (X,
max., min., CV %
for force and
elongation).
The yarn
specimens are
inserted by
hand.
START
activates
mechanical
movement and the
measurement of
force and
elongation. The
specimen is
extended to
break then the
clamps return
automatically to
the test length
position.
A test in
progress can be
interrupted by
STOP (> no
printout). The
end of a series
of tests is
defined by
STOP at the end
of a test. A new
series of tests
is then
commenced by
START.
A
RESET button on
the back of the
machine permits
restoration of
the mechanical
and electrical
parameters:
return to the
test length,
initialization
of the test
amplifier (restoration
of switch-on
