G 567 Yarn
Hairiness
Testing Machine
|
|
A single measurement does not suffice for
determining
hairiness in a
yarn. |
|

|
|
The established
G 566 Yarn
Hairiness
Tester, regarded
by many
customers as the
world standard
testing machine
for yarn
hairiness
measurement ever
since the
introduction of
the compact
system of
spinning, has
been
superseded by a
radical new
development.
New ideas along
with experienced
gained in using
the G 566 over
past years have
been implemented
in the new G 567 Yarn
Hairiness
Tester:
-
Measurement
is performed
by a newly
developed
optical
measuring
head with laser light
source having
extremely long
working life at
constant light
output.
-
G 567
covers 9 length
zones from 1 mm
to 15 mm fibre
length in one
pass, producing
objective
reproducible
data.
-
G 567
is controlled by
a PC that also
undertakes
analysis of the
test results.
Any desired
number of
measurements can
be made on a
bobbin.
-
G 567
becomes a fully
automated tester
by adding a
bobbin changer
with 24- bobbin
capacity.
-
G 567
operates
independently.
