Parameters preselected in the test:
Speed 400 m/min, Period 2.5 min, Scale 100 %, Thin
spots 50%, Thick spots + 50 %, Neps 200% , Production lot,
Machine, Yarn count.
Test results:
Variation coefficient % CV 12.14, Test 1 of 3, Mean
105.59 % (deviation from target)
Cut lengths 0.5 m CV 7.08 %, 1.0 m CV 6.13 %, 2.0 m 4.96 %, 5.0 m
3.32 %, 10.0 m 2.37%.
Time and Date, Thin spots 46, Thick spots 682, Neps 363.
The Spectrogram shows the periodic
distribution of mass in the yarn. The part shown in red represents
the results that are not statistically significant. Bars in the
bar-chart that extend beyond the spectrogram indicate periodic
defects. Clicking on a bar in the chart will display the precise
metre length (in this case 14.03 m) and the number of the measuring
channel (max. 172 measuring channels).
The CVL- Curve represents the variance-length coefficient in
diagram form.
The trace of the test is reproduced here. The
height of the trace is simultaneously an index of the mass
evenness of the yarn tested. The trace is divided into section
lengths of 100 m.
The imperfection density chart shows in spot
diagram form the distribution of all the thick and thin spots
present in the yarn.
