G 567 – ZT 5 – OASYS^®  Multitester

Hairiness – Evenness – Simulation in one run

Introducing the new ZT 5 evenness tester from Zweigle. This versatile tester combines the most modern testing technology available in the market today for judging yarn quality. The ZT 5 uses three different sensors to give an all round picture of yarn evenness and hairiness. Each sensing component is optional, and the user can freely define which component is required for his or her spinning, weaving, or knitting mill. I

• Measurement is performed by a newly developed optical measuring head with laser light source having extremely long working life at constant light output.

• G 567 covers 9 length zones from 1 mm to 15 mm fibre length in one pass, producing objective reproducible data.

• G 567  is controlled by a PC that also undertakes analysis of the test results. Any desired number of measurements can be made on a bobbin.

• G 567 becomes a fully automated tester by adding a bobbin changer with 24- bobbin capacity.

• G 567 operates independently.
